Dont download!

Originally this was a fun game. They had a bad patch and ruined everything. I lost my ascension, characters and my in app purchases including the character slots I purchased. I have sent an email to customer service and nothing. If there is no resolution OR a refund to my credit card, I will dispute the charges.
